Requirements
- Must have received First Communion
- Attend a 1-hour training session (includes a guide booklet)
- Arrive at least 20 minutes before Mass begins
- Be attentive and focused while serving
Role of an Altar Server
- Welcome parishioners in the foyer as they arrive
- Participate in the entrance and recessional processions
- Assist the priest during various parts of the Mass
We welcome both youth and adult servers, especially at the Sunday 9 a.m. Mass (wearing an alb is optional for adults). Those interested in serving at Sunday or Funeral Masses are warmly invited to join this ministry.
